Basil and lemon cauliflower couscous.
This was the biggest head of cauliflower in existence. Came with its own zip code and lobbyists. A man laughed as the two of us tried to stick it in a bag at the grocery store. Here, Mindy tries to put it back together for a photo after she's cut it to pieces.
Had a little experiment by making a pizza without flower. Replaced it with a Cauliflower base and it tasted really nice.
Baked cauliflower with miso glaze and garnished with cashew cream, pomegranate, mint, chilli, and toasted seeds.

Cauliflower, roasted whole in the oven for an hour at 450. Rub with a little olive oil and salt before roasting. It stunk up the kitchen but wow, it turned out really tasty. It takes a long time for the whole thing to cook through, so the outside gets a charred crust and it's very tasty. It would go nicely with a lot of things.
