Better known as The Galloping Horse Ride. This popular attraction is and still is a favourite ride for all ages. This one was seen at Hull Fair waiting for customers,
This is a photo taken at the South Shore Exhibition in Bridgewater of the lights of the rotating carousel reflecting on the side of one of the carnival trucks.

can't get into arcade?? while ur waiting you can do the TWISTED hunt...and get a nice old carousel :). its moving with some poses, can be tricky to sit on but it works.. worked long on it >.<

Brings back childhood memories... though only the Galloping Horses and the Helter Sheller still look as I remember them.
The Gallopers, built in 1897 built by Frederick Savage in Kings Lynn. It was owned and operated by the Thurston family of Norfolk until 1934. It was then operated at Whitley Bay and later in Scotland before finding a home at Bressingham. The Carousel is currently powered by electric motors, but was previously steam-powered. The engine used, "Victoria", was originally built by Tidmans of Norwich.
The organ – a Bruder-built, 48 keyless Chiappa – which was built from two organs in 1954, accompanies the Gallopers.

I love this scene. One of many beautiful sights to see in the city of Paris. This too is a 3 shot composition blended in Photomatix and further processed in Onone 7.0 & 8.0.
Jane's Carousel was made in 1922 by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company, then installed in a park in Ohio. In 1984 it was purchased in poor condition by Jane and David Walentas, then meticulously restored. It opened in Brooklyn in 2011, sheltered inside a glass case.
