Playing around with the photogene iPhone app. Given the "crappy at best" quality of the iPhone camera, I think this turned out ok.
When Aluna rides on the Carousel, her horse isn't like all the others, going round and round and up and down... he truly flies!

There's always something magical about carousel horses... i love them. One day i would love to have a vintage carousel horse living in my home :)
That's actually the old Erlangen Palace in the background, now serving as the university administration building. And the horses are part of a children's carousel or merry-go-round at the central Erlangen Christmas Market. I got the shot on one of those rare November days when the sun was shining.
