Every year my Mum, Dearie, makes this Christmas cake, and it is awesome.

A fruit cake, covered in marzipan then a good dose of royal icing to make the snow scene.

The decorations are old. The paint is peeling off them, but that just makes the whole thing better.

venom birthday cake. buttercream head and mouth, with fondant teeth, tongue, and eyes.

3 tier chocolate mud cake, fondant icing, embroidered hearts on the sides, side ribbon and bows, hand-made icing roses in a posy on top.

8" white cake torted and filled with buttercream frosting and 4" chocolate cake torted and filled with chocolate buttercream covered and decorated with fondant.

Here is a little veggie patch Cake that I made yesterday.

Nothing too fancy, just nice and simple! (just wish I had more time to spend on all the little details)

It's a vanilla sponge cake filled with Vegan chocolate mousse and hoven-baked apples.

My birthday cake :)

July 22nd.

This cake almost gave me a nervous breakdown. I just couldn't get it to work. But in the end, it all came together. :-)

My beloved made a Vegan Chocolate Cake for an event on Friday Night. Most of it was consumed at the event but there were a couple of slices left for me and our son after last night's supper.
