I made these wristwarmers for my other sister, for Christmas. I wanted to use a neutral color that she could wear with most anything. I also chose a really soft yarn because she is picky has sensitive skin. :)
These knit up very quickly and I wouldn't mind making another pair for myself. Nice thumb gusset on these, too.
Pattern: A Little Twist Wristwarmers
Yarn: Lion Brand Cashmere Blend in Camel, 1.5 balls (? I think?)
Needles: US 8
I knitted this cute hat for my friend Kalene for Christmas. I lve how the yarn made perfectly balanced stripes. Its Patons SWS yarn in Natural Rose. Hat pattern is from stitchcafe.com/freepatterns.html

Cable Car stop in Chinatown. Popular photo taking place for tourists. I couldn't help myself. It's fun watching the cable cars just stop in the middle of the road to let people on and off. All the traffic kind of just stops for it.
Neat construction. Knit in a bamboo/silk blend to be the chemo cap for the mother of a friend of a girl in my knitting group. In real life, the color is a deep purple.
