WORLD WINE CHAMPIONSHIPS AWARD: Gold Medal
Winemaker's Notes:
Another great vintage of Steve’s signature wine! Ripe raspberry along with soft tannins and big jammy flavours followed with blueberries and dark plum.
Persistence is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Syrah. The wine begins with intense aromas of tobacco, dark berries and spice and follows with specific flavor of cassis, blackberry, clove and tobacco. The smoothly integrated tannins allow for a lengthy, supple velvety finish.
