Wolf Blass is one of Australia's best-known wine names and this is one of their most-loved wines. The warm growing conditions have resulted in a luscious plummy red with soft spicy oak. Perfect with roast lamb or casseroles.
Reason # 525600 that I love Target: cheap but GOOD box wine. No, this isn't that Franzia crap -- boxed wine is coming back into vogue because it has been shown to keep wine better over time (no air gets in). Target has gone hog wild and stocks all the major varietals.
We're just about to get our caraffe of wine, which caused me to become totally trashed.

Take a close look at the vines. Thick, gnarled old-generation Cabernet Sauvignon grape vines putting out huge clusters of berries packed with a high sugar content and flavor that will taste like heaven when it pours out of the bottle.
2012 will be a GREAT year for every variety of wine from all of the Napa Valley vineyards. Put in your order ASAP.
