Unusual Form

I love buttoned baby hats on etsy, so I have made my own version.

The button pin students from my school wear..

5mm button earrings, on silver plated ear studs, in red.

A large button found whilst metal detecting near Leominster.

The button is 29mm in diameter but I am struggling to find any information about the Coat of Arms. I would be very grateful if anyone could enlighten me. It would be nice to know how old it is and what it could possibly relate to.
