This button fairy is attached to an ATC with some ribbon and may be detached for hanging. I used the same image which was provided for this week's MAMMA trade.

Sample try... Whaddaya think? (It's just a mocked up version of some free clip art from www.fiber-images.com/Free_Things/Clip_Art/free_clip_art_k... -- as I said, this is not my forte...) I figured that if y'all like it, we can change the color of the chalice for the different rounds...
I wanted to take a bokeh of buttons but my macro lens is a bit limiting. I have to zoom past the adapter and then I have to have the camera really close to the subject so its hard to get any background.
Any suggestions on how to get bokeh in pictures without my macro lens or do I need a more advanced camera?
this makes better button holes that the new machines can as far as I'm concerned. I'm still learning the adjustments on it.
You just install it on your machine and away it goes. it moves the fabric around so that you don't have to. you just have to remember to lower your dogs do that the bobbin thread doesn't get all tangled up.

The infamous button nipples, actually two stacked buttons for each. A small, shiny, rough edged button on top of a big burgundy button. You'd never believe how convincing it is in dim lighting from looking at it up close. Tells you just how much the mind tricks the eye. One of the little pink buttons is also used as a belly button.
