Most buffets weren't in the Trellis dining room; this one was.
I'm afraid to weigh myself now that I'm home.
While the coffee and tea were located on the left-hand side of the buffet, the milk and juice were located on the right-hand side.
My first go at the buffet and on this occasion, I went with the clams, a few oysters on the half shell, eggs benedict and prime rib.
I find the food at Salty's to be okay but the highlight was definitely the prime rib. The eggs benedict was also pretty good but the clams were dried out and rubbery.
