17th May is Norway's constitution day, and a day of celebration. I hosted a lunch for my family and made a buffet table.
The world-class Seasons Buffet features nearly 800 seats for the ultimate dining experience at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Connecticut . We have been here a few times already and really enjoyed it. Come with a big appetite because they serve nearly any food you can name! This buffet is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every meal is a winner!
This is a 3 shot HDR image, done with Photomatix and then run through Photoshop.
A cold appetizer table was opened to the wedding guests prior to the buffet. The couple chose 2 punches ... one in an elevated punch bowl and one served from a punch fountain. Pineapples, grapes and other fruits were used for decorating.

Dessert buffet made for a convention that was held at the Hilton.
Buffet included: mini cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered marshmallows, sugaar cookies and macarons!
