Good morning and Happy Sliders Sunday everyone. Would you believe this is the scene that greeted me in the backyard today? No? I didn’t think so – LOL!! Okay, so I started with a cute bath time image and turned it into a fanciful composite for this week’s submission. I know you’ll believe that. Have a great week everyone.

This is Victor! He's a Boar Monster. He likes to play in the mud and get dirty... but he's also into bubblebaths so it's all good.
This doll is completely handmade and sewn by hand. Cast resin/hand painted face, hooves, paws and ears. His tusks are hand sculpted with durable epoxy clay. Horse hair whiskers and mohawk with hand shaped/dyed wool dreadlocks. His necklace is made from a deer antler tine with mammoth bone beads and various stones and crystals. Stuffed with soft polyfill with some pellets in his rear so he sits properly. Faux fur body, glass eyes. Totally one of a kind.
Victor is 13" tall ( 33cm) tall from top of head to bottom of hoof.
These dolls take a really long time to make but I love them very much. They can be handled and cuddled but please treat them with some care and be aware they will not hold up to hard play. Not rated for young children!
I only make a new doll about once a week and no two will look the same. Each doll is very special and meant to bring joy to his or her new home!

I had just finished cleaning the bathroom, and Remy took a huge jump across the wet floor into the bathtub. He then peeked up at me to see if I'd caught him sneaking into the bathroom.

Sakura actually got quite dirty yesterday at the beach so she had a nice bubble bath to get clean and found it rather relaxing :)
I know the ship is way off scale but I quite like it. Maybe it's Brickbeards pleasureboat?
It's actually a Pirates of the Caribbean bubblebath that I bought in Newport. I had to ditch the liquid inside though so I could take it on the plane back to Edinburgh!

Chocolates (from a gourmet chocolatier in Charleston, SC - a gift). Chicklit book. Bubble bath. Fuzzy, soft purple robe found at TJ Maxx. Do you know how many muppets had to be sheared for that thing? 17. And, let me tell you, those little fellows SQUIRM.
I don't have a remote for my camera, only the self-timer, which at its longest setting is 10 seconds. I might've gone for the perhaps more interesting "me in the tub covered by bubbles" shot, except I didn't trust myself to press the button, get around the tripod, get under the bubbles, and make sure bubbles were all strategically placed in 10 seconds. It all sounded like an excellent way to realize my worst nightmare: Emergency Services having to break into my house and tend to me when I'm unclothed.
And besides, my mom looks at this page.

Did a fun photo shoot today with a group of my friends. We met at an old abandoned house around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and we sat around in one of the rooms and did the zombie makeup...before we left, I put them in the bathtub at the old abandoned house. <3
We then drove an hour and a half to Mt. Pleasant, MI (yes, with ALL of that itchy makeup on their faces) and did an epic adventuresome photoshoot!
It was an incredibly fun day. I hope to get to hang out with all of them again very soon...but maybe next time without so much rotting flesh.... <3
