Another one for Macro Mondays challenge Twist

I made the thatch a long time ago and picked it up again recently. I added extra plugs to the middle back so pigtails are possible without showing excessive amounts of scalp.

The fiber is from mohairhouse: www.mohairhouse.com/Natural_combed_mohair/cat3404328_2911..., very long and very beautiful. Most of the fibres must have been full length because the braids hardly lose any thickness at all towards the tips. That's pretty awesome!

I have dipped it in water with conditioner in it and braided it, hoping to de-poof it and bring out the gorgeous luster.

I finally got myself a script for photoshop that stacks sets of photos into one photo. It's mainly meant for star trails, but I discovered you could use the same method on any timelapse, sometimes with great results. Another digitally mirrored version of the previous photo I posted. This time I cropped the photo more, then digitally mirrored it, duplicated the layer, rotated it 90 degrees and set that layers blending mode to darken.

Trees are one of my favorite this to mirror!

A salon needed a hair model for demonstrating coloring techniques so I volunteered. Afterwards, I asked the hairstylist to french braid my hair and here is the result. She did such a wonderful job!

Oiled my hair again and did a french braid.
