Decided to play around with remote flashes with my infrared camera. Difficult part was all the people. Note to self - do not go out to a popular park on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

Blythe a Day - Hair Style You love the most - 2/22/22
Here is Winterish Allure in her royal roles. Love her hair braided and pinned back.
My recycled photos here. I did a new photo for this prompt, but Winterish's hair looks better in this style that Joana Gentiana who I photographed. I think it is because the braids are longer so they show more from the front.

The picture shows the braided Waimakariri River near Arthur's Pass on New Zealand's South Island. Globally, braided rivers are rare. They exist only where a very specific combination of climate and geology allows rivers to form ever-changing and highly dynamic braided channels across a wide gravelly riverbed.
New Zealand is a braided river hot-spot, with most of our braided rivers in Canterbury, on the eastern side of the Southern Alps' main divide. Problems faced by the braided rivers ecosystem are invasive plants along with the extraction of shingle, irrigation and electricity generation, and conversion of braided river margins to intensive agriculture. The photo shows a patch of Russell lupins invading the riverbed. Although Russell lupins may look beautiful, they are an aggressive introduced weed that smothers braided riverbeds by growing in dense stands on bare gravel areas. Well adapted to living in the challenging environments of braided rivers, they can produce their own nutrients (nitrogen) and are very effective at dispersing their seeds. Their roots become entwined and hold the gravel together, forming stable areas. The river erodes the edges, creating steep banks. This restricts the water so that instead of braiding, it develops deep, fast-flowing channels, unsuitable for wading birds to feed in. The dense stands also take over the open spaces where braided river birds like to nest. This is deeply concerning for rare and endangered birds that nest exclusively along braided rivers, which normally feed in shallow river braids. Russell lupin also provide cover to introduced predators such as stoats and cats to sneak up on birds. Source: braid.org.nz
