No high specification town centre paving scheme is complete without a focal point. For Sudell Cross in Blackburn, the focal point was this 8 metres high metal & lighting sculpture. The installation of the sculpture required the formation of large foundations and four Chinese granite plinths, set-out using templates of the base, which the structure fitted perfectly onto. The erection of the feature was undertaken on Sunday to ease traffic congestion and required two cranes working simultaneously to position the structure correctly.
Installed March 2007.
this is the car with custom 160SR stickers fitted to the mud flaps to add to the look of the car.

I spotted this river from the plane on the way from North to South Island and liked the way it was made up of little interwoven channels. We're not used to this type of river.
I always loved to braid my hair. But my hair was never long enough :) I love going to hair salon more :P
