The bouncing liquid is cream coloured with food dye which is placed on the surface of section of black balloon stretched over a speaker. When a sound, in this case drums, is played through the speaker the liquid ‘bounces’.
Canon 50D with EFS 60mm macro lens at f16. Canon 580ex flash, snooted, at 1/16 to camera right and Youngnuo 460ii flash, snooted, at 1/16 to camera left activated by iShoot radio triggers.

My nephew, Ethan Zachary Trinidad, was running (and bouncing!) around the garden when I took this shot and he ran in front of my sister-in-law in the background who was wearing black so I just made the background black all over.

We were to a farm park today with friends and it was the best farm park EVER! Never before I have seen farm animals next to a skating rink, water park, tobogans (sp?) crazy golf etc etc etc. At the end of the day this bride, the owners daughter arrived to bounce on the bouncy pillow in full wedding outfit! Hilarious :)
