I couldn't resist making another mask and then came the tiny boro stitches which were an afterthought.... giving the look of this mask more of a peasant well worn look!
I also had a little fun taking pictures of my Dakawaii girl too! My Little Miss Andie's hairs are interesting to work as they were just little scrunched and fluffed up with my fingers!
My father's eldest brother, an ex- engineer, immigrated to Canada 12 odd years back, looking for a brighter future.

On a murky day early in the New Year, Boro’line Maidstone 214 (BNO701T) is captured up close as it pulls away from the Jubilee Square stop on its journey to Park Wood. It is a Bedford YMT with a Duple Dominant II bus grant body that began life a decade earlier with Eastern National and had been recently acquired from a second operator, Metrobus.
The deregulation of bus services predicated by the 1985 Transport had prompted the former Maidstone Borough Council operations to be bought by its management. The new owners embarked on an expansionist wave, extending beyond its historic operational area by tendering for Central London bus services. In the process, Boro’line acquired new vehicles, supplemented by a plethora of second-hand vehicles. There was a minimal attempt at fleet standardisation, and Boro’line’s shaky business plan was further undermined by the need to hire in extra vehicles to maintain service requirements on the tendered services.
Boro’line Maidstone collapsed into insolvency in early 1992. BNO701T was one of many vehicles out of service by that time, a victim of major accident damage.

Couple of model's that I've completed for my railway layout. To illustrate two private hire vehicles from Middlesbrough based Boro Cars.
I'm in the middle of making a "black and yellow" (Middlesbrough Hackney Carriage) to supplement these two, also on the cards is a Ford Transit minibus, but this may have the branding of a competitor to Boro Taxis.
Very common culture of Banglaesh, in summer when the paddy is ready for marketing, the wives of the farmers or othe female member of the family shorts the paddy in such way. I see it very nice that sharees they are wearing are very colorful & also they put on their blouses matched with the sharees, once they didnt even wear any blous. I saw it very positive.

In November 1988 Maidstone Boro'line started operating London route 188 on tender. Pending delivery of new vehicles, Maidstone hired a number of elderly Atlanteans from Nottingham and Ipswich. This work provided an extra lease of life for the remaining 1973 & 1974 built Ipswich vehicles which had become more-or-less surplus to requirements by this time. No. 87 is seen here in London (albeit not actually running in service) soon after the contract began. Sadly for 87, a collision with a low bridge whilst working in London around April/May 1988 led to it becoming the very first Ipswich Leyland Atlantean to be withdrawn from service. (The four ECW Atlanteans sold by Ipswich to Eastbourne in 1980 were at that time all still working for other operators). 87 was brought back to Ipswich and cannibalised for spares.
