So in boston the other night we were just crusing when we casually hopped these homless dudes who were sleeping on the sidewalk so we decided to have some fun and set the camera up haha

Drinking a glass of warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning is good for your health. It also gives you an instant boost of energy and improves your mood.

Take a tall glass of warm (not hot) water, add the juice of half a lemon and one tea spoon of honey to it. You might like to try a pinch of ginger for extra bite/spice. Mix well and drink it quickly. Remember not to drink coffee or tea for at least one hour after drinking this mixture. To your health!

The product is part of a US$2.5 million, three-year project through Cultivate Africa’s Future Fund, set up by Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR). The project is led by the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO) and NARO in partnership with the International Center for Tropical Agriculture in Kenya.
