Jeff and I had a ton of fun at the BoardGameGeek convention in Texas a couple of weeks ago. Huge thanks to the #BGGcon staff, sponsors and volunteers for making this event possible! I believe approx 3200 attended (possibly more?).

Feel free to scoop/share/repost/tag if know the people in the photo won't mind; a photo credit would be appreciated, thanks!

Feel free to share/repost for personal use, if you know the people in the photo won't mind. Also feel free to tag people in these photos but again, only if you know the people won't mind.

If you like board/tabletop games or want to know more, I highly recommend you checking out the amazing community over at BoardGameGeek.com/ They're doing their annual fundraising campaign right now (I just donated) and LOOK, one of the photos I took is at the top of the page: boardgamegeek.com/support I'm grateful to the BGG community for so many reasons. One of them: they supported me and my art years before any of my children's books got published -- I so appreciate their early encouragement of my comics. :-)

Photos from the 2013 BoardGameGeek Convention at the Dallas-Fort Worth Hyatt Regency, where over 2200 gamers gathered. I had a wonderful time!! Kudos to BoardGameGeek admin and volunteers for helping to keep this event running so smoothly.

Feel free to use or repost for helping to promote the convention or in personal blog posts, etc., plus please include a photo credit if at all possible...Either "Debbie Ridpath Ohi" or a link to my @BGGgirl Twitter feed or the original photo in this Flickr set (or the set itself) or my Facebook page, etc.

Please don't ask me to send you any particular photo; I lack the time to search for and send individual photos, sorry.

A game with some very nice bits. Sadly the gameplay wasn't up to the same standard...

My niece's first game of Hive. She liked the game a lot and we had at least 5-6 more games after that.
