We had a wonderful weekend! We were able to be sealed to Vivian in the temple for eternity on Saturday and on Sunday Rob gave Viv a beautiful blessing.
TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER -- Sumo-Nan, the contractor in charge of the renovation of the Tripler Barracks, here, hosted a blessing at the facilities, Nov. 9. Joining the celebration were Troop Command leaders, TAMC staff and their families along with Corps of Engineers-Honolulu District employees, who oversee the contract. Construction began in late summer 2011, and is expected to be complete in early 2014. The construction is part of the Army's Whole Barracks Renewal Program, and rooms meet the Army's "1 + 1" standard; each Soldier has a private room and two Soldiers share a common/kitchen area and bathroom.

It was such a blessing to get to know Amy Ryan, after working with her husband Tim, and their eldest daughter, brenna on previous trips. Amy was a last minute addition, but a HUGE blessing nonetheless. I cant even imagine her NOT on this trip! We turned out to be partners in crime - the gigglers on the team. I know, me, a giggler...never! The team nicknamed me "joy" bc I laughed so often and for so long.
I had to climb 248 steps to reach this spot. This is the largest outdoor Buddha statue in the world. A ride on the cable car or bus in Ngong Ping would take you to the fisherman's village where this statue is located.
