Blessing the first baby of friends~

Wookie is receiving a blessing at the Grace Lutheran Church's PetFest. He belongs to a HABIT volunteer.

I had never witnessed a blessing of the pets before and it was quite enjoyable and moving in its own special way.

Dorrie is still too nervous around other dogs for us to risk taking her to the blessing this year. She's blessed anyway as far as we're concerned.

To help recruit pet owners for her work at HABIT, Ruth was manning a table at Grace Lutheran Church's PetFest. I went to take pictures and enjoy the exhibits.
