In this world of opposites, things are always this and that. Up and down. Left and right. Sadness (sometimes despair) mingled with joy and elevated feelings (elation). What’s constant though is the love that pervades everything. It never fails to bring tears to my eyes. After reaching in wee hours of morning because of flight delay, catching up just couple of hours of sleep we all made dash to these daffodil fields to catch a sunrise but ah .... we didn't witness sunrise because of thick cloud cover but after sometime sun graced us with this ....😄

Wonderful blessings from above! Yesterday was a beautiful foggy day up atop the Colorado National Monument. I love winter and one reason is it gives us these foggy days!

The left side reminds me of a huge waterfall the way the fog was coming in between the cliffs.

I still can't get over the fact that I got to see an Eastern Bluebird. I had been whining to myself that everyone was seeing them, and I hadn't been able to go anywhere where they were! And while sitting in the Beetle bug, in flew that beauty! Landed between the Eagles and me! How blessed was I!

A view from my porch. The birds are the Greater Racket-Tailed Drongos. They were basking at dusk while perched on an Indian Laburnum tree. This shot is similar to an earlier upload, but this one was clicked a bit later than the earlier one and so the colour of the sky had changed. Also this one was clicked with the R10 and RF 18-150mm kit lens.
