We had a little fun with this one, the final White Sox-Yankees 7th-inning stretch at The Stadium. Luckily I have Bob Sheppard's recorded announcement here. My friend John and his son Emerson are featured. NOTE: Somebody is suing the Yankees for ejecting him from the stadium for insisting on going to the men's room during the song.
Notice the large number of empty seats. Granted this was a rout and some people had left, it was odd considering there were only three games left at The Stadium after this one. I think a combination of speculators left holding the bag (prices were nuts) and those who paid $5 or $12 a ticket (yes, some of them were part of a $5 promotion) figuring it was cheaper and easier to stay home were the causes.

Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.
Even as the stone of the fruit must break, that it's heart may stand in the sun, so must you know pain....

This little Targetmaster is from Fansproject and is called Blesser. He's a redeco of Sidearm (TFX-05). Here he is in robot mode.
Fansproject ran a little giveaway for this guy if you donated more than $15 to Earthquake relief for Japan. If you did that in time, they would send you Blesser.
My Blesser came with a card stating that I was his human partner, and that his function was Rescue.
He's a great little figure that helped a great cause.
Calothamnus granaticus spreads its flowers like a blessing over the collective achievement of our little adventure. The Meelup Trail brought us finally to the fleshpots of Dunsborough, where we spent the afternoon at Rabbits Cafe eating fabulously and drinking copiously. We toasted Dame Julie Andrews, since it was her 80th birthday (why not?), and the end of our bushwalking season together, five weeks on and off the Bibbulmun Track and the Cape to Cape Tracks in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.
I have a small number of people to whom I remain indebted for giving me the freedom to walk, explore, and learn for those weeks. My partner Franz kept the home fires burning in Sydney while I galavanted around Western Australia, Pauline and Terry Matthews shared their home with me in Perth, and Jane Scott provided me with the means to understand so much of what I experienced on the Cape to Cape Track. But most of all, I owe my friends and walking companions Simon Matthews and David Backwell my greatest thanks: it was their idea that we walk, their food that sustained me, their encouragement and knowledge that supported me. Finer friends are not to be found, on or off a bush track.
Old photo i found sitting around.

Taken at The Digital Show in Melbourne. In the Olympus stand they had geishas posing for photo shoots. So lucky that I was quick with the camera to snap this shot.
