Bleeding Gods - Metaldays 2018

The early heat this year was making the plants a little sad at the Denver Botanic Gardens, but these Bleeding Hearts seemed to be OK in the shade of a large tree...

An early morning shot of this bleeding heart plant.

Beautiful flower in the shape of a heart, looks as if it's almost bleeding.

Cos i know he want to see it, Harry singing 'Bleeding love' by Leona Lewis, he gets slighty distracted by the end.

Taken in our back yard. The sun was shining through the flower. Three different angles for three different backgrounds. Pretty neato.

I wish you could have seen this. Usually when I see a rainbow it is because the rain is letting up, the clouds are thinning, the sun is coming out. That was definitely not the case here. This rainbow was surviving under some very mean storm clouds. I've never seen one in a spot this dark before. Note: the large version looks a little better. They keep hiding the darn "different sizes" link.
