Blame Hubby for this one - he wondered if I could get a shot of a dog holding a burger.

Score one for The Wife!

Yes, Henry is a very, VERY good boy.

I took a couple shots then removed the burger and split it in half to share with Zachary.

No, I didn't try with this with Zachary - mostly because I didn't want Henry to have to wait for his reward (half) after being such a good boy, as I only had one burger.

Yes, I'd already taken an alternate shot, just in case the prop didn't survive.

Venice is my favorite place to go on a photo walk. No matter where you go, there is always something unique and beautiful to see. Being such a small & compacted place makes it ideal for a day trip too. However, if you plan on doing some photography, make sure to stay a little longer and observe the city during different times of day. You’ll be surprised how much the lighting conditions will change, sometimes hour by hour.

Here you see the light of the late afternoon. A sun, hung low in the sky, not quite casting golden tones, but still casting long sharp shadows and highlights. It’s a great time of day to capture vivid colors, contrast, & dramatic lighting.

Check out some other HDR Photos from Venice.

Ah roads and telephone poles and fog...... I cannot seem to escape them. This is another photo I thought I had lost in our family's great " I am a teenager who has a teenage friend who is a programer and I can partition the mac to run windows games because my friend said I could despite the fact his father said hell no! and subsequent crash and the consequent blame my little brother" debacle from earlier this year.

The title is from my favorite Beach House song "Myth"

My sister once told me that mental illness was by far more terrible than physical illness, and remembered this to choose my job.

I am suffering from a full of grave doubts about my current job every single day. I don't like it and I even don't know which one I like, because I have gradually realized that I have never been satisfied with what I have.

That causes me more sorrows.

Don't blame others! Just blame yourself for not being happy!

Oh, and call me Ceno-chan. No objections allowed.

Ceno-chan is my third attempt (and the first successful one) of building a large-scale, anime-style character. My original intention was to build Cibo from Blame! manga, but I was unable to shape the head properly, so I ultimately scrapped the idea and went for an “original” character.

I hope that you will forgive me for using such a dull color palette, but truth is that Blame! characters are essentially B&W. However, she is very poseable. Be sure to check other photos of her collection!

Definitely not a masterpiece, but I am very happy with her!

I'm blaming the good weather for climbing too much lately. I haven't done much in terms of origami for a while now, but with Tanteidan creeping up on me, I guess I'll have to "kick" the climbing a bit and try to find my folding mojo again.

The Chef at Villa Blåmes enjoying a beverage in the afternoon sunshine.

Why this today? I blame the medication :)

I know the ladybirds are blurry in this one, but i love the action, it feels like a showdown or duel.

Thanks for all the kind words about my last shot and all the well wishes regarding wisdom teeth. I'm gonna spare you the gory details, lets just say it wasn't pretty and it still hurts, but thanks to medication i can sit here and more or less get on with things today, although there will be no surfing for a while :(

I spent an entire day just walking the streets of Lisbon Portugal, looking for cool colors and textures. Walking great because it gives you the ability to spot a lot of things that would go unnoticed if you were traveling by car, for example. In fact, this little street isn't even accessible by car.

I know all that camera gear is heavy but suck it up! It’s worth the trouble. Besides, there’s plenty of port wine to be found in Portugal. A few swigs should take the edge off the pain.

Check out the previous posts from this colorful district of Lisbon: “Urban Color” and “Urban Texture.” Or check out all my photos from Lisbon by visiting the Portugal Gallery.

I said I'd get this done by the end of the week :D Anyways, sorry if the pic is a little blurry, I blame my phone .___. Good news though, with the money I've made from commissions you guys have been making, I bought a new camera and it should be coming in soon :D So as for updates on Gregor, I've added tally marks and made them as accurate as I could to the actual tally marks on Gregor, they're not random. I added the symbol on his chest plate as well as making the shoulder pads more accurate. Let me know what you guys think! If you fave, comment too please!

Oh, on another note, the prizes for my contest will be posted tonight.

Blåmesar häckar oftast i trädhål, men även fågelholkar används ofta. Huvudkonkurrent om häckningshål och vid födosök är den betydligt större talgoxen.

The Individual Research and Combat Device is designed to help the operator get the most from the environment serving not only as a weapon but as an extension of the user's own body.

The IRCD features the J-Tac's TAT-5 (Telemetry Aiming Tool). Inspired by technology made for space probes, this small computer makes readings of the surrounding area, indicating levels of H2O, O2, C and other elements. This way, the operators can find not only hostile individuals but important resources for the exploration mission. The readings are constantly updated and the data is sent to the main research center, contributing for further reconnaissance of the ambient. The TAT-5 also works as a red dot sight unit and has a built in compass.

Due to concerns with ammo, J-Tac installed an ultra sonic repellent in the stock, similar to the one used against bats but with more efficiency. It's able to stun the creatures living in the forest due to their enhanced hearing, allowing an emergency escape if ammo runs out. It's battery lasts for 2 hours, leaving the soldiers with plenty of time for a back-up plan.

The IRCD can be used for a great number of roles from Assault Squads to Security Teams due to its folding and collapsible stock and barrel extension.

Sorry for any mistakes. I'm not used to a more formal and technical language.

“Your Own Sensitivity” Noriko Ibaraki

Don’t blame your withering heart

On other people

You neglected to water your own plants

Don’t blame your impatience

On your best friend

Who’s really the one that lacks tolerance?

Don’t blame your frustration,

On your parents

Anything and everything is due to your own lack of skill

Don’t blame your loss of innocence

On the way you have lived

Your will was weak from the start

Don’t blame the times

For whatever is useless in you

You yourself abandoned the light of dignity

The least you can do

Is defend

Your own sensitivity,

You fool!
