My family owns a Bakery/Patisserie and a Restaurant. Yesterday, my aunt Maria and I cooked up stuff for a cocktail we were catering to, and these are the results!

On the outskirts of creation Beastburden the Fairy is running from the humans who hunt her because of her name. Hoping to find sanctuary inside the mysterious Phobos’ Delirium Beastburden searches for the mythical cascade, a place where she can dispose of the porcelain tears she is crying in return for real ones. As her quest unfolds Beastburden meets all manner of weird and wonderful beings who show her just how infinite and astonishing the Delirium is.
Based on the genres of fantasy, nonsense and absurdity as well as utilising different performance genres including circus and dance The Delirium of Phobos is the third production of award winning* theatre company Carnival of Eternal Light and their debut show at the GM Fringe. It is written by Actor, Playwright and Carnival founder Franklyn Jacks who writes under his pen name of J.F.Cornes.

He got his bag of treats this morning and then we cleaned the pond.
Now, I am cooking for tonight's celebration. Some simple layered tarts - bitesized, and cut as stars.
(The Coconut Sorbet to go with is chilling in the freezer...yes, I am on a sorbet kick)

Kings of Leon performed at the BBC's legendary Maida Vale studios, London UK, playing tracks from their NEW album “Only By The Night” as well as classics from their back catalogue.
Contrary to photography restrictions, I managed to capture exclusive Kings_Of_Leon footage (ok, Caleb’s strummed chords), before I was caught. Ugh oh.

these cookies are almost an inch. A lady asked me to make them in these specific colors. She wanted to use them for decoration.
This cake I designed for a 2 year old's garden party. Really pleased with how it came out after MANY hours of flower making.

A little spicy and boozy fruit cake turned upside down and given a topping of royal icing and a sprig of sugarpaste holly - a yummy bitesized taste of Christmas.
The vegetables were washed, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces.
