I wasn't sure what this was, but after some online investigating, I think it's a spider bite. It probably got into my bed and I rolled onto it, thus it bit me out of self-defence. I didn't see it in the bed when I got up so hopefully it isn't here anymore.

Another unsuspecting, unworthy sucker takes the plunge into the Cave of Wonders, never to be seen again...

Go comment on this dudes youtube and call him a biter. Fuck this chuckle head. He bit a bunch of people in the vid. Go harass him on his page and lets stop this fuck tart.

Claps1 gave me the heads up.

Here's the info on the vid and people he bit.

Made for Shaebay for the Phat Quarter book swap. Shae's favourites include the "In Death" series by JD Robb, in which the detective Eve Dallas often says "Bite me!"

Additional: First foray into embroidery stitches. I wanted to make a band sampler so I put Algerian eyes, eyelet stitches, satin stitches and Rhodes stitches in lines. And used Rayon for sparkle. I think I'm a sucker for punishment!

Eve's husband Roarke has a grey button from the suit she wore during the first time they met, hence the grey buttons at the corners. Also, Eve's wedding ring bears the Gaelic inscription "a ghra".

Thanks to my aunt who has read all the books in the series so far.

I was eating a lemon. Oddly enough I like the sour taste of them.

Yum. I've been inspired by the Edibles Contest.

I'm pointing to a bite mark. That's where someone gnawed on my neck while we were fucking together.

Some Mexican-American friends invited Mom and me for my birthday dinner. So much fun and delicious food. This is tres leches cake, decorated with mangoes and almonds. Delicious! After they sang and I blew out the candles, they told me it’s also a Mexican tradition that I had to bite the cake—so I did!

In one last attempt to escape, the rat tries to bite the heron on the neck. The heron knows the distance it must keep the rat away from itself to avoid being bitten.

Rathfarnham Weir, Dublin.

I made this a while ago, for a girlfriend going though some stuff.

Seems it's apropos for today... I've spent the past 20 minutes trying to upload it and Flickr kept saying it's a "bad" file. Actually, I was trying to upload other files, but they kept failing, then I thought of this pic. The sentiment fits for today. :-)

Oh yea, they are a domino! I hand printed the calligraphy on left. Or should I say I tried to. LOL. I'm not calligrapher. :-) Then put a thick glaze over it. Then I rubber stamped the bird, cow and "bite me" on the other side, then embossed it. Embossing like on a business card.

10-15 years ago people would leave their homes without phones in their hands and life went on just fine.

They would actually talk amongst themselves, make eye contact with their surroundings, and perhaps learn a bit about the outside world.

That is history.

Next to the Beatles and beer, Technology is the greatest invention imho but one should learn how to use it without being totally oblivious to those around you.

Since I took up photography in June, I look around all te time and see things I never saw before. There is so much amazing nature in town. I walked around my neighbourhood last Saturday and all the bushes and trees lost their leaves and looked empty and dull. And then I saw a bush with tiny little white dots and took a closer look.
