all three of the cats had a bit of a play with this poor li'l guy at some point tonight.
Jack originally caught him, George wandered around with him growling for a while, till Plays grabbed him in a towel to try to calm him down.
After a nice relaxing time in a dark box, she tried to let him go - forgetting that he'd fly straight towards the nearest light - which had a pane of glass in the way.
Hemi then stepped in and bravely picked up the now knocked senseless little guy. Plays again came to the rescue, and gave him some more chill time.
Last seen, he was released in a somewhat darker area, and took off flying as though nothing had happened.

I think I gave myself carpal tunnel trying to draw this with the mouse. It took me like 20 minutes! To think this is how we drew on computers 26 years ago.

I remember seeing something like this that someone had done a while ago, and have been meaning to do it since. Was going to get some stuff together that was kinda 2009. But I just got some shit together I liked haha. Was going to go to bed but I'm not tired. I'm sure i will be when i wake up. Going to watch Eli Reed in State Of Mind then go to bed.
Yesterday an annular solar eclipse happened in some parts of the world. Here in Shiraz it was a partial eclipse, with a coverage of may be less than 20%. I was too busy here, and all I could do was to use a floppy disk as a solar filter and point my camera with its 3X (!) zoom to the sky. At least I could capture something of it. Then on my way back home, I saw a group of high school boys and girls on a sidewalk showing pedestrians the eclipse through their binoculars and telescope. I took this with the camera lens put on the telescope's eyepiece.

This is the second example of a E.C. Atkins bit brace that I have owned. According to Sanford Moss (sydnasslot.com) the Atkins braces were not made BY Atkins but FOR them. This model no 5110 share a lot of similarities with certain Pexto braces and a theory is that the brace was indeed made by Pexto. This is a fine and very well built brace with a wonderful chuck and rosewood handles. It is fully intact and the ratchet works like a swiss watch. The sweep is marked "E.C. Atkin & Co Indianapolis IND". At the time there were several makers both in England and USA with very similar names, which could explain why the name was incorrectly marked. Or maybe fit was all down to plain sloppiness. But the few Atkins braces I have seen have all had the name stamped wrong.
