So on our trip to Yellowstone this summer our short list of animals to see (and photograph) were bear, wolf, and moose. We didn't see any of them and settled for a small herd of cow elk grazing along the roadside. It's funny how ambitious your goals are but I'm realizing that photography is a bit like fishing. Takes a lot of time, knowledge and good equipment to land a big one.
I love this shot-I love the composition and where Sarah and Jack are standing-at the edge of the wooden plank walk way about to step onto a paved path. This is more than a photograph-its a timeline of how they're about to face a new change, a new beginning in their lives together-and that's why I love this photo.
Also, I really like the lighting too.
I have upgraded to my first DSLR and finally got out tonight to take some shots. I am excited to learn how to use it. Here is one of my first shots....being from Holland I had to start with Big Red.

There’s a beginning and end for everything that lives. Just look to all the
flowers that you pass by every day.
I passed by this little beginning flower this morning. A flower who doesn’t
begin to actually live in Spring, but in Fall. It’s a sad thing to know that flowers
don’t live very long.
Though the beginning is a beautiful sight, the sad end is closer than you could
ever imagine.

English Bareback Equitation, English Pleasure, English Equitation and English Discipline Rail are riding classes which showcase the horse’s movement and ability, as well as the exhibitor’s horsemanship (riding skills). The Hunter Under Saddle classes are judged on how the horse performs. Equitation is judged on the rider’s position in the tack and accuracy of the course ridden.
