Sweet Success will be celebrating the New Year with two new classes! Join us this January for Easy Baking for Beginners or Healthy Baking Class. For those who wants to learn how to make bread or dimsum, we got those classes for you as well. And for the budding cake decorator, we have Basic Cake Decorating Class. Check out each class details below.
1. Basic Bread Making Class
- Date: January 13, 2018 (Saturday)
- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- Instructor: Abner Gosiaco
- In this hands on class, you will learn to make:
* Pan de Sal
* Dinner Roll
* Foccacia
* Pig in a Blanket

2. Easy Baking for Beginners - NEW!

- Time: 9AM - 4PM
- In this hands on class, you will learn to bake:
* Marshmallow Clouds Cookies

3. Basic Fondant Cake Decorating Class – Clothesline

- In this hands on class, you will learn:
* how to make marshmallow fondant and tylose gumpate
* coloring techniques
* how to cover dummy cake
* how to make edible 3D teddy bear
* how to make fondant decors

4. Healthy Baking Class - NEW!

Today was Caitlin's 18th birthday! To celebrate, we had dinner at my Aunt's, but beforehand I accompanied her as she purchased her first scratch-off. (I like the people in the background.)
This is actually a friend of mine trying hard to learn to surf. I was just nearby with my camera trying not to fall of the rocks that i was standing on, as i sat down, he fell of the board flying to the air. I couldnt wait to show him the shot. I am proud to say it is still my very favourite shot
