Am starting to get the hang of it, yay! Very basic but have 3 and a half 30cm squares (plain knitting and stocking stitch) made so am on my way to a nice blanket for my living room (currently sporting a classic 80s print sleeping bag from my childhood)!
Chest infection diagnosed today so now equipped with antibiotics so hopefully be out and about again soon (Lissy for one is tired of staying in)

Beginner Division Showmanship Contest winners in the State Youth Dairy Show at the Alabama National Fair in Montgomery Oct. 12 were from left Kameron Richter of Muscle Shoals in Colbert County, first place; Vivian Padgett of Grove Hilll in Clarke County, second place; Karleigh Traylor of Wedowee in Randolph County, third place; Khloe Jeffreys of Tuscumbia in Colbert County, fourth place; and Marilyn Fleming of Ramer in Montgomery County fifth place. Livestock shows at the Alabama National Fair are sponsored by the Alabama Farmers Federation and Alfa Insurance.
