Beginner Showmanship winners in the Youth Sheep Show at the Alabama National Fair Oct. 12 in Montgomery were, from left, Brooklyn Ray of Cullman County, grand champion; Thomas Hill of Chambers County, reserve champion; Cohen Hill of Etowah County, third place; Gideon Wrenn of St. Clair County, fourth place; and Haddy Rasco of Cullman County, fifth place. Beginner Showmanship is for exhibitors ages 4-8. Alabama Farmers Federation and Alfa Insurance sponsored youth livestock events at the fair.
