Very tasty and useful salad with beetroot, walnuts, garlic and french plums. Of course, a sauce is included. If you aren't on a diet, you can use mayonnaise. I replace it with a natural yoghurt without additional components. Same tasty, more useful!

I painted these vegetables for some friends of mine who are getting married, and who wanted to use them as table decorations (the 'beetroot table', the 'carrot table' etc). They were scanned and will be used separately, not as two on the same page as in my paintings.
