Last Sunday, my Ward Mission Leader asked who wanted to give away a Book of Mormon and held it up. I have not been working on anyone and I had no one that wanted a Book of Mormon, so I stayed silent. Our Elder's Quorum Pres. asked for him to share Elder Anderson's prophecy and right before he started reading, the spirit told me that I needed to take the book. I thought about the pioneers who had great faith and I needed to have similar faith. So, I raised my hand and accepted the book. A few days later I was struggling and this scripture came to mine.

Mark 9:23-24

23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

We must align every thought to Him. This is a concept I have thought about all day today. We should ask ourselves in every thought, if our thoughts and desires are centered in Christ and if they are not, we MUST take the time to align them to the Master. This may seem to be a daunting exercise, but I can't see a better more efficient way to keep ourselves unspotted from the world than this. As we start down this path, it becomes easier and easier with every thought and soon we will find out very nature's being changed.

Today the news interviewed Don, Fawn, and myself at my house. They were here for about an hour and it was a very special event. We all cried and felt so much closer to each other. On my family vacation last week I took this picture. I simply love the Salt Lake City Temple, it is so beautiful. If you have let your Temple recommend expire for whatever reason, do whatever is necessary to get it back, and start attending the Temple again.
