A bashful brown pelican paddling around Fish Tale Marina at Fort Myers Beach Florida. Funny how their beaks are so long that they hang into the water. Such awkward birds on land, so graceful and elegant when airborne.

Bashful shy, Spyder, the senior cat in the family has always been shy and rather skittish from the moment he wandered into our backyard as a stray young kitten back in 2009.
We welcomed him into our two cat household at the time to make three. Two of these cats have since passed on. Spyder was rather down after his favorite playmate passed away in early 2018...enter Marley a few months later and the rest is history.
Happy Caturday!

So sweet, so tender, so beautiful.
Pale pink thick buds slowly opening.
Do take care and STAY SAFE!

My wife and I spotted these cute donkeys while driving out of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, a commune in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in southeastern France. It is also part of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and considered one of the "most beautiful villages of France."
BTW, Bashful here was actually very friendly and did allow my wife to take several beautiful close-ups.
Bashful and somewhat reseved, Spyder, the senior cat in the family has always been shy and rather skittish from the moment he wandered into our backyard as a stray abandoned young kitten.
One of his unique charming physical characteristics is his assymetrical markings, in particular what I call his "Cindy Crawford" beauty mark.
Posted for the "Happy Caturday" theme "'That special quality'".
Happy Caturday!
My appreciation and thanks to all of you for your comments awards and faves.

A male or "buck" Pronghorn Antelope (Antilocapra americana) casually wanders away to continue checking out the surrounding prairie habitat for more suitable company or something to eat - who knows? This encounter occurred on the National Bison Range near St. Ignatius, Montana, U.S.A.
