Day 04:- Climb up to Poon Hill (3210m.) in the morning, see sunrise in 180 degree
back to hotel in Ghorepani & trek to Tadapani (2590m.) 6 hrs walk O/N hotel.

Its based around a fish box which can be found washed up on the shore. The one sided mounting of the wheel axles is a really bad idea. I had at least one brake due to fatigue. I was using 26" wheels which makes the problem worse really small dia would probably be OK. It had some sort of rubber blocks to dampen the bumps, I'm not sure if they did much.
