I cut a chunk of coroplast and stuck the flat sticky foot of one of my GoPro mounts down to it. It should give me plenty of good front view video. It straps to the top of the Sackville or right to the rack.

DEVENS, Mass. (June 15, 2016) -- In the future, Army expeditionary base camps will sip fuel and water while slashing waste.
That was the message heard by Army leadership June 15 at the Sustainability Logistics Basing -- Science and Technology Objective Demonstration, or SLB-STO-D, Leadership Day at the Base Camp Integration Laboratory, or BCIL, on Fort Devens.
Advancing and receding contact angles are readily determined by inclining the substrate and allowing the drop to deform as a function of gravity. By mounting a ramé-hart goniometer on the optional Automated Tilting Base, it is possible to incline not only the substrate but the entire instrument, preserving perfectly the optics-to-specimen alignment. This technique greatly expedites such measurements. The Automated Tilting Base is fully software driven and is supported by DROPimage Advanced v2.3 and above. This option requires DROPimage Advanced.

Virginia National Guard Soldiers from the Blackstone-based 3647th Maintenance Company, 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group conduct wheeled vehicle recovery training and field maintenance, May 7th, at Fort Pickett, Va. As part of the unit’s annual training, Soldiers intentionally disabled vehicles in rough terrain and used their wheeled vehicle recovery vehicles, known as a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck or HEMTT, to pull vehicles out of the mud. This training is initially taught to Soldiers during an 11-day wheeled vehicle recovery specialist course where they learn how to operate, service and use recovery vehicles and equipment, as well as procedures used in rigging, recovering and the towing of wheeled vehicles. JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Five hundred Soldiers from the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division returned to JBER-Richardson, Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, after a 10-month deployment to Afghanistan. Originally based on an idea by wife and husband duo Marie and Jym, the Gin Festivals were conceived in early 2012. It is exactly what you expect it to be. and kinda like any other food and drink festival - but with an obvious focus on the wonderful world of gin and gin related stuff. So, think gin masterclasses, the chance to meet lots of cool brands (big and small) - sample their gins, and buy things that make your mouth go ‘DAMN SON’ (such as some of the lesser known, American bourbon cask aged numbers…or Sipsmith’s mighty VJOP…I could go on but I won't)
The Gin Festivals are all over the country at this point - Manchester, Milton Keynes, Hebdon Bridge, Newcastle, Norwich etc. They also have an online store, selling stuff like home made gin kits, a whole load of rare and craft gins, that kinda good stuff that maybe you forgot to buy at the event. I guess my verdict would be that it had a lot of potential but could have been far bigger! MORE. WE NEED MORE OF EVERYTHING.
Another connection I made here was the overlap between the vintage and gin scenes. The excellent Charlie Hookson Sykes (@The_Lady_Sybil - who amongst many things writes for Tasting Britain) seems to have been doing this for a while but I didn’t know it was quite so common. You can see this in the way in way that much of the staff were dressed (polka dot dresses or blokes wearing things with braces). I suppose this makes sense since gin goes back a few centuries - and it doesn’t really get more ‘vintage’ than that!
