Headdress I have worn... Two UN berets, one with a wire badge, the other the standard enamel UN cap badge, worn in Bosnia-Herzegovina; an OSCE beret and a baseball cap worn on Dayton Peace Accord inspections in the Former Yugoslavia; my Royal Regiment of Wales beret.
The reason for the "custard pie" berets is that the OSCE in Bosnia-Herzegovina were supported by a company of the Swiss Army. They wore yellow berets so the OSCE adopted them for inspection teams. We always rejected the baseball caps on Dayton inspections!

This shoot was for promotional pictures for NGD Clothing www.ngdclothing.com/ in Phoenix, Arizona. To my knowledge, none of these pictures have been used in their promotional material. The shoot location was courtesy of Pixyst Studio www.pixyst.com/ in Chandler, Arizona.
Model: Vanessa. If I remember correctly, the models at this shoot did their own makeup and hair.
Strobist info: main light Alien Bees AB400 camera left fired into a 45" silver umbrella and fill light AB400 camera right fired into a 45" white umbrella, with lights set for a 3:1 ratio. An AB1600 hair light was placed high on a boom behind Vanessa, power unrecorded (probably 1/2 or full power). This light had a 20-degree grid and barn doors to prevent excess light spill all over the place. All lights triggered with Pocket Wizards.
Very light work in Portrait Professional. The baseball movement was added using a motion blur filter in Photoshop.
Canon 60D and Canon 17-55mm 2.8 IS lens. ISO 200, f6.3 at 1/125 second.
This young man was riding under the speed limit in the curb lane but I'm sure he only slowed down to knock the ash off his cigar!
His crash helmet is a baseball cap on backwards.
Riding gear T shirt and jeans. The boots look like good leather cowboy boots a good decision.
