Made myself a gin fizz (or more like a silver fizz) tonight. Left out the club soda, but put in the egg white. Used my homemade simple syrup as well. It came out VERY good.

Did not have my tripod at this bar during a wedding shoot... so just stuck it on the counter and let it go!!!! If you look closely, the people look like ghosts! This bar was almost pitch black except for the little bit of lights you see here.
