baked up some basic c-chip cookies for marta's bday. they were a hit!

my first ever cheesecakes, after baking. I made too much batter and had to run out for an extra crust.

Two red velvet cakes... which I will soon put in the food processor.

Much like many reviews said, this cake came out dry. Not to worry... I soon fixed that by mixing it with LOTS of icing!!!
