That's shredded Parmesan cheese and crumbled potato chips. If you go high brow and low brow together, you get the whole delicious world on your plate.

These came out so bad in the end, although they looked okay when I piped em out. Don't ask...I'm going to try again and they'll come out fine.

If I wasn't there stuffing delicious goodness into them, I'm not sure if you could have convinced me of how much work went into the desserts for tonight's Christmas Banquet.

Made brownies today and it got me thinking. How many of you asked your mom or Grandma (or Dad 0r Grandpa) when he or she was baking, "Can I lick the bowl?!? My brothers and sister and I did. My son did. Does anyone do that anymore? You know, fear of raw eggs, etc. Well , we still do--remember we have those wonderful farm fresh eggs.
