Bag #21/250... part of a small bag painting project... Painted while listening to too much Bukowski...
Ink, acryllic & elbow grease...
I created this bag by simply removing the sleeves from a short sleeve button down shirt, using them as a template to create a lining, sewing them all together, and adding bamboo handles. Blogged tutorial here.
this was crochet from debbie stoller's new _happy hooker_ book with 7 hanks of berroco's cotton twist yarn.
These are one of those photos that never really make the cut...but you kind wanna just put it out their for the hell of it. lol

I made this geisha girl bag last week. I think she is so pretty. A lady at work saw her on my blog and purchased it. I'm so happy she found a nice home.

Ho creato, senza cartamodello (non è che sia poi così difficile infatti), questo portaferri. L'avevo visto in giro da qualche parte e, toh, ho provato a copiarlo. La chiusura è sullo stesso laccio, tramite bottone (cosa che personalmente adoro!). È molto resistente e dentro ho inserito anche forbici e cutter, oltre ai ferri, e tiene tutto in ordine alla perfezione, nelle sue quattro tascone. Ho già in mente le variazioni sul tema!

I've seen this needle bag so many times that I started to want one too! I sewed it without pattern (it was not that difficult) and... I love it! Ikea fabrics are grey and elegant on the outside, revealing happy and vivid colours on the inside! It has four big pockets where I put my needles, cutter and scissor. It's so cozy!
