I made this bag from strip pieced bright colours with some very dark brown stripes. I sewed the fabric to a vintage plastic handle that I bought from an antique shop.

This bag was made from quilt squares that my grandma had pieced years ago (looks like the 70s). I put them together to make a funky tote perfect for handling a lot of gear.
Taken on an impulse as it reminded me of a sequence in a recent ( here ) episode of "Wayward Pines".
Photos of a leather bag I made for my bicycle. I wanted something like this but couldn't find anything I liked. So I just made my own. I can hold a lock, my phone, wallet, or whatever. And it's thin enough it doesn't affect use of the bike.
Xmas gift for my mom, used Heather Ross pattern in Weekend Sewing. Came together really nicely -- I think because I took my time with the pinning and stitching.
I quickly machine quilted the fabric to mimic a vintage piece that mom admired.
I made this tote bag using some durable 100% cotton drill fabric. I have painstakingly sewn each vintage button on with my own two hands :o)

This bag has an ethnic theme. I have been inspired by the old tibetan and chinese people. I have thought of snowy winters on the high mountains. The women living there have few things but they are treasured and carefully stored.
Height from the center point of the bottom to the top edge: appr. 9,5 inch (24 cm) Circumference: appr. 9 inch (23 cm)
The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.
The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.
The top is sewn from cotton fabrics.
The string is knitted i-cord.
This bag is being donated for a fundraiser for the local Child Development Centre, It has an adjustable strap, large elasticated pockets, a zippered pocket and a key clip.

Made using Erin Erickson's Two Zip Hipster Bag Pattern. Used a canvas fabric with houndstooth print.
Gretelies bag with embroidery from the bundles called "Sakura" and "Yoko" and with a bit of my new Sakura ribbon. :-))))
