This bag has flowers and fruits and colors that almost have a taste in your tongue. It is like a restored victorian garden I saw few years ago.

The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.

I bought doughnut holes and they came in this bag that may by used for "it's many alternate uses in the home." Um, sorry, I'm not sure I'll be reusing the greasy, sugary bag for anything else.

The bag is attached to the B66's springs. The button snap on the strap doesn't fit through the saddle's bag mount. I could use straps from pedal clips, but this works great.

This bag has an ethnic theme. I have been inspired by the old tibetan and chinese people. I have thought of snowy winters on the high mountains. The women living there have few things but they are treasured and carefully stored.

I didn't put the button placard on the front but put a large button at the end of each handle.
When I rediscovered embroidery I enrolled in a class run by the Auckland embroiderers' guild. 10 weeks, about 15 different stitches and techniques, then made in to patches and sewn together. I think this is the back

This bag is inspired by my childhood and all those books I used to read. Especially Emily of New Moon! I wore a deep blue skirt, my very favorite, walked to the library and wondered if anybody else could feel as intensely as me and my distant soulmate Emily!

My carry-on bag as of Nov 2018. Airport Essentials by Think Tank Photo. Roomy and durable. Very surprisingly, it is also shallow enough to fit in the tiny overhead compartments of the Bombadier CRJ regional jets.
When I travel, I do not leave the lenses like this. I wrap them in lint-free cloth and then place them in the bag for an extra layer of protection.
Note - this is not what I lug around in the field.
This bag is all about poetry. It seems magical how the rhythm and the story can be cleverly tied together and written on a tiny piece of paper. It makes me think of all the young girls, like me in my teenage years, wishing to become a real poet.
