Yay!!!! My mother-in-law bought me this huge bag at the Chinatown in LA! It's really large, about 2 feet wide and really soft! The best part was it was only $15!

I found this Peter Rabbit fabric(it was a laundry bag) at a flea market and have held onto it for like a year. I finally decided to cut into it and am pleased with how the bag came out.

A very nice model, although it's folded from an unconventional shape.
Tried taking hdr photos the first time. I don't totally like how it turned out, but I'll definetly use it again.

A book ( The Vampire Diaries Stefan´s Diaries 1- Origins), hand cream, wallet, a camera (Zenit), a phone (Nokia 5530), glasses, notebook, headphones, pocket paper handkerchief (Zewa), pen, lip balsam, gum.
Not a bag, you'd carry your camera around in, but a bag that actually looks like a camera, with the neck strap of the camera being the bag handles.
Being a Canon girl, this is my favorite recycle grocery bag. :)

Vintage bag
I bought this wonderful handles with wood elements 3 years ago, thought that I do something just for me - how naive was I:-)))
This year I found wonderful vintage look patchwork summer dress and I definitely decided to make my own bag as my Birthday present for myself…..:-)
So here it is:-)) I know, the colors are not common, but it was done to fit to my dress.
I’m happy :-))) and ……. actually I am doing the second one:-))))) This time for my friend Marketa and I love the colors, I choose;-)
I like the Lowepro Tahoe. It’s good size and weight but and it’s a big but it’s easily filled particularly when I’m shooting with the EF 100mm macro. It’s a big lens and add on the adapter and it takes a lot of room. Add to that the Godox 685 and it’s a full bag. This is why I had to switch when I bought the R10. I have a bigger bag but it’s also heavy. And obviously a big camera bag. So I’m pondering if I want to buy another bag as I’d love to be able to pack a film camera as well sometimes. Choices I guess
Here is Nick Chopper, my Tin Woodsman. Despite being a Wizard of Oz fan I didn’t feel like getting any of the Tinman dolls since all the costume wearing ones have flesh toned bodies with painted hands and the all plastic one has bad articulation.
But hey he turned up in a Savers bag for a cheap price, plus my colour changing skills have been upped so I spray painted his body entirely silver and now he can wear trendy lip liner with modern clothing.
He’s my third Wizard of Oz Ken doll, after my Winkie Guard and Cowardly Lion, though the Lion isn’t with me right now. As a funny note, the Tinman in the book went on to rule Winkie territory after killing the wicked witch so I guess he’s in good company…

I collect shopping bags... not because I am a great shopper (not), but because I love them as vessels, containers and they feel wonderful in the hands and ripped open.... great graphic symbols for me as a starting point for my art......... I paint on them with great passion as they are transporters holding great energy and excitement for me............. What is interesting is this idea of the personal found object rather than the simple random selection of the mundane or utilitarian. Recycling is the way to go for our western materialistic civilization! I love the idea of incorporating our environment into the work. There is beauty in everything and I put it together so that the viewer can see it. I think that’s what makes art compelling… it’s about showing something that is very human and vulnerable in all of us, and not having (too much) fear about exposing it...........
