Today.....today has been a frustrating day so far. For some reason I found myself unable to accomplish anything. My son is driving me crazy...my camera was tickin' me off, my poor mommy is in so much pain, I have cleaned up mess after mess after mess.......did I mention my camera was tickin' me off?? lol
Oh well....still found some things to smile about!!!!

That pole in the far right corner of the image used to be the cornerpost of our privacy fence. Eventually the fence was infested with termites, I think, and since we never needed a fence that much anyway, they decided to just tear the whole thing down. Including the section of fence that blocked our yard off from the neighbor on the north side.
These neighbors, two married, middle-aged empty-nesters, are notorious for A) being difficult pricks and B) hanging out in their hot tub nude. Because of the elevation of our house, we could see over the fence and occasionally witnessed their nude bathing shenanigans. Creepy.
But anyway, once our fence was down, they really didn't have privacy, and after some fuss, they put their own damn side fence up. We snickered when we saw the workmen come in with the fenceposts.
Two distinct themes are introduced with great ideas for the perfect wedding. A citrus theme and a barbecue theme.
I lucked out and got a few good pictures of this garden snake that was hunting in a pile of leaves in my backyard. He was a little over three feet in length, I've seen him or one of his cousins about 3-4 other times over about a year. I'm guessing he was after cockroaches, beetles, or lizards
