I hung out at the beach in Ocean Shores for the afternoon after visiting La Push the day before. Surfers and beachgoers alike dotted the afternoon landscape that seemingly stretches to the horizon.
On the way back from the mountains some weeks ago, we stopped at Maihaugen.
About:
Maihaugen is a large open air museum in Lillehammer with close to 200 buildings. This old lady talked about old times and served home made butter, it was very good :))
Discussion
Comments and critique are as always welcome. Let me hear your opinion, why do you like this, or even better, how would you approach this scenery. Give me your thoughts... If you can't find anything to critique, a simple "nice" is cool too :))

So I'm back...after a hiatus of almost 7 years (didn't realise it has been this loooooong).
Hello everyone, hope all of you are doing great!
Hoping my second innings on Flickr will be as enjoyable as the first one. And hopefully some of you remember me :)
Actually, not the back, it's the front. I didn't see too many veils like this. Taken in Deir ez Zuhr, Syria (near the Iraqi border.)
You won't find these guys hanging around Arizona and Florida as we did this winter, so although there is still snow on the ground up here, it is good to be "back home".

Looking back to a gorgeous summer's day a few years ago. How lovely it would be to be out and about once more.

Just got back from a glorioulsly sunny week in Venice which was a double celebration - a belated one for my 50th birthday and helping a friend celebrate hers.
The Eastern Bluebirds have been in large flocks after their young have fledged. They will stay together for the winter but it seems the males are a little less tolerant of their offspring.
I'm back. So basically I might be doing a doctor who series on YouTube. That's really just it. More. New stuff to show you guys, ( mostly doctor who stuff) but that's really just it. IM BACK
A view from Jamestown Island across the Back River. The ribbon of golden reeds adds some interest to this fall scene. View On Black
