My first attempt was pretty close to perfect. Take that china!

There was even ice cream made of avocados. It was really good and really popular. It didn't really taste like avocados, which is probably why it was so popular.

It's not the prettiest to look at, but it sure is tasty!

We tried making veggie sushi today. We really like eating it, but have never tried making it before. Our first round was rather unattractive, and kind of smooshed, though still tasty. Then we got the hang of it, and they got much prettier. We used brown rice and put tofu, carrots, green onion and gacamole (we didn't have avacado slices) in them. Yum!
