Vegatable lasagna, avacado slice, green beans, & festival

I had an avacado, cream cheese, and pesto sandwich on an onion bagel with an Arizona Iced tea. I re-created this sandwich from the "Red Bagel" at NYC Muffin in Brooklyn.

I love this sandwich. If you live in the city, you can get them at NYC Muffin at Bedford and North 6th in Brooklyn. L Train to bedfrod.

Guacamole!

This was nice, though the Avruga was a little too subtle and blended into the avacado a bit much. A little saltier would have been nicer to bounce off of that avocado.
