The Amilcar was a French automobile manufactured from 1921 to 1939. The most famous model of all was the CGS “Grand Sport” of 1924 and featured a 1,074cc engine and four-wheel brakes. This, in turn, evolved into the more sporty CGSS “Grand Sport Surbaisse”.
This CGSS is fitted with a 1,244cc 4-cylinder engine and was raced in New England through the 1950s. It was purchased by Gordon Heald in 1965, and raced actively with the VSCCA until it was donated to the Heritage Museum in Sandwich, Massachusetts, in 1995. The car resided in their collection until 2005, when it was sold at auction to the current owner. Following a complete restoration, it will return to racing with the VSCCA.

Adam Opel AG (Opel) is a German automobile manufacturer headquartered in Rüsselsheim, Hesse, Germany, and a subsidiary of General Motors Company. The company designs, engineers, manufactures and distributes Opel-branded passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and vehicle parts for distribution in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. Opel traces its roots to a sewing machine manufacturer founded by Adam Opel in 1862. The company began manufacturing bicycles in 1886 and produced its first automobile in 1899.
Opel became a share-limited company (German: Aktiengesellschaft) in 1929; United States-based General Motors took a majority stake in Opel that same year. General Motors assumed full control in 1931 and today Adam Opel AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors Company. Although Adam Opel AG continues to be a share-limited company, shares of the company are not publicly listed. Adam Opel AG is the parent company of General Motors UK Limited, better known as Vauxhall, and various other General Motors subsidiaries.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Opel and Vauxhall ranges were rationalised into one consistent range across Europe.

—THIRMO Swordfish (concept version)
The Swordfish R&D project began in late 2016 as a design study for a light, mid-engined sports car capable of taking on the world's GT3 competition.
The culmination of this effort in 2017 produced a short-wheelbase MR platform emphasizing speed and agility; thus, power is delivered by a 3.8L "hot V" twin-turbocharged V8 sent through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

This Dodge Charger is owned by the Wyoming Police Department in Delaware. Wyoming PD Officers were in attendance during the funeral services for fallen Officer Santiago of the Jersey City Police Department in New Jersey. Officer Santiago was shot and killed in the line of duty.
The town of Wyoming is located within Kent County, Delaware. Wyoming Police Department is a very small department that has no more than five Officers at any given time. Often times one Wyoming P.D. Officer will work by himself and rely on neighboring agencies if backup is needed.

Year of launch: 2011
Chery Automobile was the largest Chinese carmaker for quite some time, thanks to successes of the QQ, Tiggo, A5 and the old Windcloud/Flagcloud (Fulwin/Cowin) models. Chery is a state-owned company founded in 1997. It began automobile production in 1999 after acquiring toolings and a license to produce the first generation Seat Toledo. Interesting is that Chery was only granted a production license for passenger cars in 2003, which means Chery cars couldn't be legally sold until 2001. Until then Chery was officially only producing automotive components, albeit in a fully assembled form. In 2001 Chery solved the problem by piggybacking on a SAIC Motor license, China's largest state-owned car manufacturer. Chery surely knowns the way around the law... After rising tensions between Chery Automobile and General Motors (GM) and Volkswagen, two of SAIC's joint venture partners, the 20% ownership SAIC once held in Chery was sold. GM was not amused and filed lawsuits after Chery copied their Spark (Matiz) and Epica (Evanda/Magnus) models. Volkswagen also planned a lawsuit against Chery, because they apparently secretly purchased the Seat Toledo blueprints, which is quite interesting considering Seat is a subsidiary of Volkswagen...
Chery had a terribly messy line-up after it launched three new sub brands in 2009, two of which completely failed: Rely, Riich (both now defunct) and Karry. The Riich name confusingly was initially used for a small bread van which was later part of the Karry range, but as a subbrand Riich was positioned as Chery's most upmarket brand. It had a range consisting of the small M1 hatchback, M5 liftback, X1 cross stationcar, G3 (an upmarket version of the Chery A5/Cowin 3, now known as Chery E5), the G5 (first shown as Chery A6 prototype) and G6. Some cars never made it into production, including the M3, G2 and gorgeous Z5 styled by Bertone. Many Chery dealerships that were forced to (exclusively) sell the Riich and Rely brand went bankrupt. Chery/Riich sold 1,246 units in 2011, then 12,108 in its first full year 2012, but then dramatically down to 783 units in 2013 and 338 in 2014.

Wiesmann GmbH is a German automobile manufacturer based in Dülmen, Germany. The company was founded in 1985 by two brothers, engineer Martin Wiesmann and businessman Friedhelm Wiesmann. The cars are manufactured by hand inDülmen. The Wiesmann logo portrays a gecko, as they claim their cars "stick to the road like geckos to a wall".
The company originally manufactured custom hard-tops for convertibles, which they continue to do. The first roadster left the workshop in 1993. As of 2006, they produce the Wiesmann MF 3 and MF 30 roadsters and the Wiesmann GT MF 4 coupé, all of which utilize engine and transmission components supplied by BMW.
Wiesmann had plans to begin exporting vehicles to the USA by 2010, but recent reports indicate that Wiesmann has no immediate plans to sell vehicles in the United States because of exchange rates and the high costs of modifying and testing the cars in order to make them road-legal there. On August 14, 2013 Wiesmann filed for insolvency at the local court in Münster.
The GT MF5 is a closed two-seater & two-seater roadster with more power than the other models. The GT MF5 roadster, first produced in 2009, will be limited to just 55 examples. GTspirit gave the GT MF5 Roadster a positive review during their road-test in September 2010.

The automobile manufactured in 1908-1927 was the first series car in the world. Thanks to a simple design, reasonable price and easy repairs the model achieved a success not recorded before - more than 15 million vehicles were sold which was the world record until the times of Volkswagen Beetle. The exhibited automobile was built in 1925.

The Porsche 356 is a luxury sports car which was produced by German company Porsche from 1948 to 1965. It was the company's first production automobile. Earlier cars designed by the company included the Volkswagen Beetle as well as Auto-Union and Cisitalia Grand Prix race cars.
The 356 was a lightweight and nimble-handling rear-engine rear-wheel-drive 2-door sports car available in hardtop coupe and open configurations. Engineering innovations continued during the years of manufacture, contributing to its motorsports success and popularity. Production started in 1948 at Gmünd, Austria, where approximately 50 cars were built. In 1950 the factory relocated to Zuffenhausen, Germany, and general production of the 356 continued until April 1965, well after the replacement model 911 made its autumn 1963 debut. Of the 76,000 originally produced, approximately half survive.

The Ford Ranchero is a coupé utility that was produced by Ford between 1957 and 1979. Unlike a pickup truck, the Ranchero was adapted from a two-door station wagon platform that integrated the cab and cargo bed into the body. A total of 508,355 units were produced during the model's production run. It was adapted from full-sized, compact, and intermediate automobiles sold by Ford for the North American market.
During the 1970s, the Ranchero name was used in the South African market on a rebadged Australian Ford Falcon utility. These vehicles were sent to South Africa in complete knock down (CKD) form, and assembled at the Port Elizabeth plant In Argentina, a utility version of the locally produced Ford Falcon was also called Ranchero.
The Ford Ranchero sold well enough to spawn a competitor from General Motors in 1959, the Chevrolet El Camino.

Prince Bertil Memorial takes place each year in Stockholm, Sweden, in honour of Prince Bertil, uncle to Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf. The Prince was a race-car driver in the 1930s, using the pseudonym "Monsieur Adrian" to placate his disapproving father, later King Gustaf VI Adolf. Prince Bertil continued to act in the monarchy's best interests by forgoing marriage to his British girlfriend, Lilian Craig. Under Swedish law, which has since been changed, such a union with a commoner would have rendered him ineligible to serve as regent, should the need have arisen, to Carl Gustaf, son of Prince Bertil's deceased older brother. The Prince finally married the patient Lilian in 1976, three years after nephew Carl Gustaf was safely on the throne.
