I make this to Nappikappa´s "Make ATC on day", this days challenge is CLOTHES(day 4). NOT Available.

Status: traded with carolion (Australia).
* I made this ATC by tearing coloured strips of paper from magazine pages, glueing them onto a piece of paper, cutting out a silhouette, and glueing that onto cardstock.
It was hard to scan: the colours are a bit different and less pixely in real life.
I don't make ATCs.....but I made an ATC. I was so strongly inspired by Miss Iowa's ATC that I love so much, I had to have one of my own. See Miss Iowa's ATC here: hiddencreations.blogspot.com/2015/01/love-atc.html
ATC. When I started drawing this and I looked at the little star creatures, I realized they must have been directly inspired by a photo I had just recently admired on Flickr. Driaa's adorable little plush star babies! Of course, my stars are not nearly as cute! :D
ATC paper collage, sticker butterfly, distress inked, fabric leaves, flowers made with pastel gel pens. Door opens to reveal secret fairy garden inside.
For the last 3 years, I participated in the ATC during Origami Bogota. But only those participating in the exchange and the convention knew my cards.
Every year Georigami asks me what I do with my cards and sadly.... I just store them all together.
But last week I received an e-mail by Gay Merrill Gross asking me about my last card and I decided to post a picture of all my cards.
For the first one I used Dennis Walker’s Snowflake
The second one is one of Shuzo Fujimoto's Hydrangeas
And the third one is Lewis Simon’s Star
ATC (cut and paste) traded to Lori. Thanks!

Some ATC's I'm working on for the "Birds of a Feather" swap at LineWeaving.com
These still need to be colored, cut, mounted on cardstock "frames" and titled, etc.
Sign-up and Mail-in date is 19 May. Come join the fun!
Lunchtime ATC. Playing with Nzeppel (it's the One focus tangle on Square One, and one of my favourite tangles).
DMC embroidery cotton on linen

...originally thought I would use something from my childhood book, "Gypsy Folk Tales" which I was quite into...(yeah, very odd, I know)
but they are rather obscure and I just couldn't get naughty Rapunzel out of my head so I went with it...
man, though, these fairy tales are fairly desolate and grim...tell me again why we tell these stories to our children?
having said that, lots of other stories keep popping into my head now...Androcles & the
Lion, Jack & the Bean Stalk, the Golden Goose, Puss In Boots...see, I'm just going nuts here!
mixed media: watercolor, vintage crochet piece, sequin & green wire (personal collection)
A few more ATCs from my February project.....will post the rest as time permits :)
atc made for a "rubber stamp" swap. That's my boyfriend's grandmother's handwriting in the background. I thought it was a neat way of memorializing a letter she had written him.
ATC background made from paper towel used for mopping up at my desk. Dylusions sprays, coloured pencils, Neocolours, gel pens, stickles. Thanks to Jodie (Mufich) for the cute face which I recycled from an envelope Jodie sent me.
